I feel this can take the pressure off meeting in a clinical setting, especially for teens or children, and the benefits of being in nature have many proven mental health benefits.

WISE UP is a program developed by the Centre for Adoption Support and Education in the USA, empowering children and their parents in responding to questions and comments about adoption.
